Baseball Glove Theft from Dick's Sporting Goods in Davenport

CRIME: THEFT OF BASEBALL GLOVES
CRIME SCENE: DICK’S SPORTING GOODS, 1300 POSNER BLVD
POLK COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE CASE: #24-42758

An unidentified male and female entered Dick’s Sporting Goods at approximately 4:30 PM on October 25, 2024. 

The unidentified male placed over $300 worth of baseball gloves into a bag and removed them from the store without paying for them at approximately 5:00 PM.

An employee of the store followed the couple as they attempted to leave the store with these items, and confronted them. The employee was able to recover the merchandise and both suspects fled the store on foot.
